By creating an account or using MySOP you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
MySOP provides AI-assisted drafting of Statements of Purpose, checklists, and related tools. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with any university, government, immigration department, or migration agent.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the laws of your country.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Fees and refunds
- Drafting is free. To unlock the full SOP and download/edit features you pay a one-time fee (AUD $50 or local equivalent).
- After payment you have a 30-day revision window. After that the SOP remains viewable and downloadable but read-only.
- Refunds: see the Refund Policy.
5. Your content
You own your inputs and the SOPs we generate for you. You grant MySOP a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no fraud, no impersonation, no submitting other people's documents as your own.
7. AI-generated text — honest disclosure
SOPs are produced with AI. You are responsible for reviewing every sentence for accuracy before submitting to any university or immigration authority. We do not guarantee admission, visa grant, or any specific outcome.
8. Intellectual property
The MySOP platform, brand, UI, prompts, and code are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, scrape, or resell them.
9. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Account settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, with courts of that state having non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-product. Continued use means acceptance.
