Refund Policy

MySOP is a digital service. You can use the entire drafting interview and preview the first paragraph for free before paying. This means you know what you are getting before you pay.

When we refund

  • The paid SOP failed to generate due to a clear technical fault on our side that we could not resolve within 7 days.
  • You were charged twice for the same unlock.
  • Where a mandatory consumer law in your country (e.g. Australian Consumer Law, EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations) requires a refund.

When we usually don't refund

  • You changed your mind after the SOP was generated and viewed.
  • You were unhappy with the AI-written style despite the 30-day revision window.
  • Your visa or admission application was rejected — outcomes depend on factors outside MySOP's control.

How to request a refund

Email support@mysop.io with your account email and the payment reference. We respond within 7 business days.

Manual / bank-transfer payments

Refunds for manual payments are processed by bank transfer to the originating account; bank fees may apply.
